First off, let me apologize for being so inactive for the last 5 months or so, there’s been a lot of personal and family stuff has been going on, sadly, most of it not good. I won’t go into specifics, but, hopefully things are going to start turning around for the better!
I have still been doing shows, and have 1 more left for the year! The beginning of the year is shaping up to be another busy one! I will have Heroes & Villains, Wizard World, Emerald City, Sakura Con, hopefully Fanime and Lilac City Comic Con. Hopefully there will be some other smaller shows in there as well. I’m looking forward to each one!
A little good news! I have lots of new stuff that I’ve been working on, I’ve posted some on IG, but sadly, not much. I have lots of new plush, stickers, and buttons!! I also now have a TeePublic account, so you can now order Boba Tea shirts!!! You can also get them as stickers in my shop!
I have also been working on my digital drawing skills, so there’s some new stickers and buttons coming! I’m also saving up for a new button press, still not sure if I want to get a 2″ or a 3″ press yet. I will put a poll up on my twitter once I’m ready to make that purchase.
I have purchased quite a few plush patterns over the last few months and have been learning the ropes of my embroidery machine, so lots of new plush coming soon!!! I have bought the new patterns, mostly to learn from. I want to make patterns to use for my plush, and in order to do that, I must practice!
A little more bad news. Soon, I will no longer be doing decoden. Once my supply of silicone runs out, I will no longer be making phone cases, light switch covers, boxes, etc. It is fun, and I love doing it, but, I have been doing a lot of thinking over the last few months and doing a little, I guess you could call it restructuring (?), of what I want to be doing in my business. Thus, I have come to the conclusion, that I will no longer be doing decoden (at least on a regular basis). If I do make anything, it will be a limited batch and probably only be available at conventions. I did not come to this decision lightly, I have been giving it some serious consideration over the last few months. I have come to the conclusion, that I just have too many things that I make, and my table/booth just looks way to busy and “messy”. It is also very time consuming and takes up a lot of space, especially for traveling. Right now, I am mostly going to be focusing on sewing and resin. Which means, more plushies and charms!!!
